International Shipping: Available to select countries. Delivery times and costs vary by location.
Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to taxes or import duties, payable by the customer.

Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

↩️ Return & Refund Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To request a return, email us at PlaysumCovergirl@hotmail.com. Returns must be shipped to our Miami address.
If approved, you will receive a prepaid return label and instructions. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection.

Exceptions: Sale items, gift cards, personalized jewelry, and personal care items cannot be returned.
